Volunteer Event with the TTAA-San Antonio Chapter

As you may have seen through social media or received through personal mail, Our school that we love so dearly has set an ambitious goal of 1 million hours of volunteerism service.

Please help the Texas Tech Alumni Association – San Antonio Chapter as we contribute time and energy to this endeavor.

Working with Soldier’s Angels and University UMC, we started building a deck and a wheelchair ramp for a WWII veteran in San Antonio on Saturday, March 18th. Due to the weather, we were only able to finish deck, so we are going to help finish the wheelchair ramp on Saturday, April 1st.

The location of the project is in the Bandera and 410 area.
Volunteers of all skill levels are welcome.

We will be there from 9am-5 pm, and we hope to finish the project that day.
